Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.
Cancellation may be possible before shipping. Please notify us of your cancellation request by sending an email to customer-support@ton-ten-ton.jp.
Return and Exchages
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer’s preference.
We will ship your order after confirming that no items are missing or damaged at the time of packaging. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is different from what you ordered or that is damaged during shipping, please follow the steps below to contact us.
1. Within 8 days after receiving the goods, please send an e-mail to customer-support@ton-ten-ton.jp with the following photos attached.
・Video or pictures that show the condition of the package when it arrives (please take pictures or a video so that we can see all sides of the package)
・One (1) picture of all items in the box
・Pictures of the damaged area
2. After confirming the contents of your inquiry and confirming that the item is missing or damaged, we will ship a new item within one week.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation of OMOTENASHI BOX and RAMEN BOX subscriptions is accepted up to 7 days prior to the shipment of the next month's subscription product.
10 days prior to the shipment of the next month's box shipping, a reminder email will be sent to the email address you have registered in My Page to remind you that your subscription product will be shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please email customer-support@ton-ten-ton.jp at least 7 days in advance.

Account Deletion
You can delete your TON!TEN!TON account from My Page
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us by e-mail first to cancel your subscription. Deleting your account from My Page will not automatically cancel your subscription.
